Torchbearers  carried the Flame through more than 1,000 cities, towns and villages in the UK. Starting from Land's End on 18 May 2012, and ending its journey at the Opening Ceremony in the Olympic Stadium on 27th July

To mark the official start of the Games, seven young athletes were given the honour of lighting the ceremonial flame. When the Games ended the Flame was then put out at the Closing Ceremony

We Carried the Torch is a small version of the above, made as a maquette size in Bronze and also Bronze Resin. There are only 2 Bronze pieces available and only 6 Bronze resin pieces available. We Carried the Torch is a limited edition of 10.
